I know, I know....I disappeared for a while. Been busy. Just wanted to let you know that I am still listening, even if I am not writing.
Just to keep my hand in, I thought icequeen_tpz had a good idea, so I'm trying it...
Ten Things I Would Tell Myself at 18

1. Your music is a lot better than you think it is. Do something with it.
2. Believe it or not, you DO have an angel watching over you...she just doesn't know it yet. (Give her about six years...she'll come around.) ;O)
3. It's okay to be a little weird....just not TOO weird.
4. A lady likes to be treated like she's her OWN lady...not just yours.
5. Look into the Air Force before it's too----Oh. Never mind.
6. There is no number six. (God, I am SUCH a sheep sometimes...)
7. Your high-school friends (and even one of your brother's high-school friends) are keepers, no matter where you end up. So keep 'em.
8. Do not---I repeat, DO NOT---let anyone use your truck to move to Houston. ANYONE.
9. No one in their right mind worships Odin...OR has a marketing degree at 18. Trust me on this.
10. ABOVE ALL ELSE: Your family loves you...and I mean ALL of them. They will bust their asses for you if you let them. (Hell, they already have.) NEVER FORGET THIS.
