a novel with the end ripped out
well, i made all A's, with my overall gpa up to 3.93.
i discussed the journalism program with some church members wednesday night, and i started to realize that i wasn't being challenged with my journalism program. the so-called hardest class in the journalism program was media law. i did have to study (would i ever not study?) but i didn't have to stay up any nights studying. and i made As and Bs throughout the class. which is one of the reasons i want to go to grad school, because of our easy program. the only class i really stress over is the newspaper, but it's a weekly, not a daily like some undergrad papers. and i know that's because of our small journalism program.
maybe copy editing through the newspaper will be challenging, but i doubt it, because editing comes more naturally for me than reporting. but i'm also going to try to write a column, story and brief each week, even if they don't get published. i guess if they don't challenge me, i'll have to challenge myself...
i balanced my checkbook and did my taxes last night, and i want to go shopping now....sigh*
