Arts and Crafts Spectacular
Yesterday my huge ebay lot of vintage beaded christmas ornament kits arrived. I'm pretty excited. These are the old kits from the 70's...my grandma and great aunt used to make these all year round. My grandpa would refer to the activity as "sticking pins"...polish christmas voodoo. They're all new in their packages. They range from simple to ultra-fancy weirdness. I think my favorite is the nativity scene under a cocktail glass. I can't wait to get started, but I'm gonna have to pace myself to make the joy last. With these kits, the arrival of my christmas pixies and santa claus masks all I can say is: look out -- LIFE CRISIS!
