Sylvan Lake here we come
well it all started out pretty good, then it always seems to end up worse....my girl came to pick me up monday night to stay at her place only knowing that her mom wasn't going to be there, so I aggreed. then we woke up early tuesday morning made a few calls before leaving packed up and headed on our journey..getting to the campsit in Sylvan not knowing where we were going, soon to decided to finally get a campsit and getting the tent ready and making something to eat. then we headed off to Sylvan and walked around,the slides were closed cause I'm guessing it was too ugly out to get them running which even pisssed me off cause I was looking forward to going on them,and did the tour of the town, and shaw what there was to do..We looked at the Wildrapids Slides and we decided on going there the next day. we woke up the next morning tried to make breakfast but it was too windy adn couldn't keep the fire going, so we said fuck it and went to Red deer for something to eat. We walked around and she has never been there so I showed her around..we went to a friends house smoked some pot and decided to leave and watch a movie..we watched without a paddle, really funny movie whatever I watched of it, I was too busy if you know what I mean ;) when the movie was done I drove back to Sylvan, and noticing that it was starting to rain, there is one thing about driving at night but when it's raining is worse
so we new right away we couldn't have a fire, so we stopped into A&W and had a bit to eat, and went back to the campsite seeing that everything was wet, and we sat in the car talking and just trying to make the most of it. so soon after we decided to try to start a fire, but fuck that it was too windy, and so we decided to try to get some sleep I slept like a baby, but Iz didn't get any at all. poor thing. so we woke up bright and early and headed off to the bright light of the city and I was really mad cause I was soo close to the slides and never got to slide on them..:( well whatever maybe next year!!! so now I'm back and everyone is like where were you, cuase I didn't tell anyone where I went..I am just like that to just up and leave, and not tell anyone, why do I have to. they are not my parents....jesus. so I had a great time spending some quiet time with the women
