Artsy Oats
Today, I remembered why I usually stick to cartoonish illustration drawing. Realistic drawing is a straight up BITCH. Waaay too many details to pay attention to. Not to mention the hands. The haaaaaands!! But-no matter how I complain, I really do enjoy it. It just takes too much of my attention so if I have an idea, I just bang it out cartoon style.
So now, I bring forth some Hermione/Pansy. I felt like drawing someone with short hair. I love girls who can pull pull off short hair. And Pansy totally rawks it. But, let's be honest here, Shane from the L word, kicks ass in all ways. Totally have a girlcrush on her! She's so damn...cool swoons a boy cannot pull off what Shane pulls off. Alice rocks too. She's so flipping funny. Plus! She's in a band in real life, Uh Huh Her, and they're great! Anywho-onto the art!

In the original drawing, I drew in a background, for the realistic quality, but I quickly got annoyed and opted to just erase it and put in a background on PS. Oh wellzz. I'm posting up the edited with no background and the edited background.
Maybe one day I'll ink it. Lordy knows, I will cut a bitch if I decide to proceed on a PS color endeavor. That monster is still too advanced for me.
P.S. Hermione's a smoldering temptress. Pft. Pansy luvs it.
P.P.S. Somehow, every time I draw these two, Hermione never quits the smug and foxy.

Pansy is dazed and probably blowing the horn (if you get my drift) in all directions. Her damn shirt is already slipping off of her shoulders cuz it even knows what's up with Hermione's look.
Hermione's eyes totally says, "so, lyke, we're totally gonnabang. Lykenow."
Pansy .."uh..ohyeah..yeah-um" swoons
Shirt .."Duh." Slips off
