History is not that cute and comical, of course. That's fine, but some people take it as reality and have no respect for the suffering and hardships that accompanied many historical changed. And I don't even want to talk about accuracy. And those "cool kid" groups of roleplayers that know shit about the country that they're portraying but act like they know everything. Generally, Hetalia's light context of historical events kinda pisses me off too, and I act like I have such a profound opinion because I studied European history before I got into Hetalia, but I'm really just an annoying history snob. I don't even watch/read Hetalia anymore, I just roleplay and look at fan art. Uhh I should stop being so cynical about things now.
