is it wrong to date someone younger then you?? well i mean it cant be wrong cause its whatever i want but i just want some oppinions...(personal answers)

to a certain extent age does matter because maturity levels are so different in high school, but one grade difference doesnt change anything really, it's 2 grades that is bad

Don't put limits on things. 1 year ok 2 not? Um you're not very smart and have no basis for this. You obviously haven't met anyone worth talking to. I'm a seinor dating a sophmore and everythings fine actually better than fine.
