Ohh, yesterday I got into work and there was a really nice email. I had compliments from one of the other team leaders and Maria followed it up with more compliments. I better get a bloody decent payrise. Although that's not until April and that's even if there's no delays like this year. When do you finish?

I do not want to go to work. I'm tired, I feel sick and I have period pains. But it wasn't super long ago that I got told off for having too many sick days (especially next to the weekend). Also, I hate winter. I'm happy for hockey but damn, I'm cold :( /whines

It's taking its time, but at least November and December will be less overbusy than September and October.

*big hugs* Period pains are the worst. When it happens, I go to work anyway and lock myself up in the toilets for an hour or two depending on how bad it is, and everybody tells me I should go home. Of course, if I actually stayed home, I'd probably look like a slacker, so I prefer being at work.

Anyway, today is a bank holiday in France.
