Part 2 of 3: The Hockey date.

In a nutshell: Kristie is super fun. This was the first time I have ever really seen her in a non-barish setting, so I didn't really know what to expect. But I'll start from the beginning of the segment of the day.

My plan was to do a load of socks and undies, go work out, go pick up Kristie and go to the game. I ended up putting the laundry in the washing machine, turning it on, and not closing the lid. When I went back to put it in the dryer, I realized my error, and that it would not cycle into spin with the lid open. Time wasted, 30 minutes. After that was done, I threw the clothes in the dryer and forgot to set the timer to where it needed to be. Note to self: things don't dry in ten minutes. I didn't notice because I went to clean out the junk in my car. So by the time I finally corrected that and had dry undergarments, it was 3:45. I told Kristie that I would pick her up at 5:15 and I still had to hit the gym. I managed to get a full back/bicep workout in and get back on the road by 4:50. SO, even though traffic sucked I made it there only 10 minutes late, and we made it to the game on time.

About the game, hanging out in general. It was a great hockey game, we beat, sorry, dominated the Kings. Kristie was fun to hang out with. I am really glad I brought her, and I am also happy that I got the opportunity to get to know her better. We went to the lounge for a bit after, and watched some Cheech & Chong. TV's in bars are the devil. I dropped her off after, and because it was so close, drove by Robins old house. It's bizarre that it's been almost a year since we broke up. Crazy. Then I went home and put together some minidiscs for my Grande Prairie run.

P.S. Thanks again for coming Kristie, you can be my hockey date anytime.
