So I make my triumphant return to Livejournal with a nice fat complaint about Johnson City.
I know that traffic can be lowsy regardless of what state you're in. I also realize that Knoxville traffic can be pretty horrible sometimes, especially in West Knoxville. Furthermore, I realize that traffic in big cities like Atlanta is rough, and practically not even worth my patience in New York.
But I seriously think that Johnson City is the only place I've ever seen where people will drive horrendously slower than the speed limit on one lane roads AND randomly putting on their brakes for no apparent reason. Seriously. There is no one in front of them and we're driving on a straight part of the road. There is no conceiveable reason to put on their brakes, especially while going 20 miles an hour, but yet that's what they do. No wonder my brake pads are worn down now.
So ends my first journal post in several months. I don't really feel like posting much of anything these days. Maybe I'll start back again eventually. We'll see.
