Tezuka placed a hand on his thigh, and he no longer noticed anything around him. Fuji simply smiled at Tezuka, and pretended to pay attention to everyone else.
"Eat something," Tezuka said quietly as he pressed a piece of sushi to his mouth.
Fuji felt the hot burn of wasabi on his tongue, and the smooth wood of Tezuka's chopsticks slowly drag against his lips as he watched Tezuka watch him.
He didn't even notice when the silence surrounding them became real.
