Fuji felt it strumming through his body, but ignored it as best he could. He had things to do and no time to dwell on the unfairness of it all.
He went into their bedroom, placed a kiss on Tezuka's cheek, and began his daily care. Tezuka's eyes were blank, staring unseeingly at the ceiling.
He threw away the catheter in his hand before picking up his old tennis racket. He could hear his voice screaming, and feel his body moving swiftly through the room.
When he was done, he calmly began to pick up the broken shards of glass.
