Clark left the field in a good mood. Things were finally back on track with his lovers and hopefully they could move forward in their relationship.
But Clark do know that Lex and I will both be there for you.
Chloe's words rang in his head as he showered off. Would they really? If they knew all of his secrets, what would stop them from dumping him out of their lives when it was obvious that they could make a life together?
But Clark didn't want to think about that. He wanted to go to Lex's mansion and make up with his lovers the way they were supposed to. He made his way to the Luthor mansion after picking up some roses for Chloe. 11 white with one red sticking out oddly somewhere in the bunch, just how she liked them.
He heard them as soon as he got in. If this is what the servants hear, I should convince Lex to soundproof his room, he chuckled as he got closer to the source of the sounds. But the sight that greeted him sobered him up quickly.
Chloe was riding Lex in a lustful abandon that he only associated her having with journalism. Lex's fingers were scratching her back and making their way downward. As Chloe screamed her completion, she fell on top on and kissed his neck even as she rolled off of him. The sight was erotic and arousing yes, but to Clark it caused a brief pang in his heart that he didn't expect.

And even as Clark stripped and climbed into bed with them, he couldn't help but notice the fact that Chloe turned adoring eyes on Lex. It made him wonder if they'd notice if he wasn't here at all.
