Author's Notes: Will’s been away for a long time, but he’s back.
Both of them hear the silence roaring in the ears as they stood perfectly still in each others arms. It deafens them and yet it speaks volumes. Their breathing is heavy and hesitant.
And suddenly Bran hears Will's silky voice, shaking slightly. "Hello Bran, bach."
"You remembered some Welsh then did you?" He hears himself saying back.
Will smiles and presses their foreheads together. He knew bran was silently calling him "English" but the fact that he didnt say it is a testament to their relationship.
"Will..." breathes Bran. Will shivers at the sound of his name dropping from brans lips. It sounds like a summer breeze and makes him ache.
"Bran," Will answers and this time Bran sighs gently. The sound wraps around them as he releases it and they relax into each others warmth.
They stand like this, wrapped around each other and still, as the sunlight pours down around them. They listen to each others heart beats and know that this is right.
