Random Beginnings
Well here we are...Welcome to my first post. Yes I have finally broken the "seal", after all I've only been a LJ member for a month and a half...what's the rush? I've been scoping out the site, trying to create a visually appealing journal (rather limited when one has a free account and a lack of funds) and attempting to find the time to devote to writing an interesting first post.
In other words...I've been freaking intimidated but I've sucked it up and finally done it. Hurrah!
First, I'm sending a big ol' Hello and Thank You to Goth_Clark, (waves enthusiastically) for telling me about the place in the first place! You Rock! ^_^
Now...Why am I writing this journal, you may ask? Umm, you are asking, right? Ha! I knew you were...Anyways, this journal is, as I mention in my title, Random. Random thoughts, random opinions, random rants and ooooooo...my personal favorite, random obsessions. Weeeeeeeeeeeee! Basically my LIFE...um, summarized...and uh, reduced to text...yeah. Essentially I want to improve my writing and figure out through it who I am, what I want and how I'm going to get it...and inflict the process on random strangers. You see? It's a win/win situation for all of us!
So, a beginning, could've been worse, could've been better but then, aren't they always?
