The minute Obama makes a mistake or is prevented from doing something (and such will ultimately happen), all those who think he's some kind of Messiah are going to realize that he's not -- and then they're going to turn on him.
I mean, I hope I'm wrong (although, well...there are apparently a bunch of GLBTQ groups that have already disowned him over Rick Warren). But...meh, I feel bad for him. How on earth can anyone ever possibly live up to the monumental expectations that have been placed upon him?
