the shocking conclusion
So quarter 2 is officially over. I can't believe I made it through. At times, I felt like nothing was ever going to resolve. There is still the matter of class dues to contend with... but it's okay. Everything will eventually be fine.
Now I'm in quarter 3 officially.... even though it's still basically the beginning, I'm starting to feel like this is getting serious. I feel like I'm starting to get the hang of how things work... I'm used to the schedules, I'm used to most of the professors, and I'm getting used to what I need to put into it in order to do well. On the whole, life is good.
My sisters and dad came to visit me during the latter part of finals week and through the weekend. We went to disney world a few times... which was cool... it's just so weird to drive there and then drive back.
Right now I'm trying to figure out when my mom and matt can come for visits. They both have time off toward the end of april... so sometime in there i have to fit in two visits. Unfortunately, I will be in classes that entire time. Since we are taking off so many days at the beginning of the quarter, there are not many opportunties for other long weekends.
oh well. the main point is that things are looking up.
