1. prob throwing something if im really really mad and then getting in childs position and just sitting there.

2. Going on line. Just looking at pictures on the computer of my friends and i really relaxes me or going on myspace or something.

3. sleeping.

4. coffee/ going to starbucks. The mood there is really chill and usually ill just get plain coffee BUT if im really stressed out then a latte w/ extra foam really does the trick.

5. eating something, anything comforts me a lot. Usually bread.
