Help Wanted
I'm the mod at _best_banners_ & I'm looking for new, talented, active artists. There is an application process, but all entries are members only. We've had problems with people posting finished requests & freebies to stolen graphics communities without permission. Anyway, I'd really like to find artists who are familiar with glitter fills & animation.
