Your advice?

Well, the turkey dinner didn't go quite as expected. Apparently, one of Rob's tires decided to commit suicide on the way up here. From what I got from Kristen, his spare had already committed suicide a while previous. So they of course couldn't attend. So that sucked. At least they were okay. I've never had a blowout on the highway (or ever, for that matter) but that has to be dangerous...

However, we still had 12 pounds of turkey to eat... And 2 less people to assist.

So we called Brii's mom and invited her, and had a nice dinner. The turkey was just as good as last time (Because you baste 15-30 minutes. It doesn't matter if it takes slightly longer, Patience gets you better tasking meat.) and if Kristen and Rob had come, we would have had exactly enough to feed everyone. Unlike my 24 pound beast that took 10 people, and still had meat on it in the end.

Well, if I'm still working here and get another turkey like that, we'll have another party like that.

School's back in session, and I'm finding myself wishing (again) that I were going back as well. The grass may always be greener on the other site of the fence, but I still say it would be nice to run through that yard again.

With school comes fall. And with the Fall comes November. And with November comes NANOWRIMO. So I have a question to my friends. If you read this, please respond. I'd like as much input as possible. I'm also curious to know who actually reads my journal.

Anyway, what should I write? I have 2 choices that I think I can work into a novel:

The rewrite of the war of the clans beginning, which tells the story of how Stad was introduced into the world of the Clans. It needs to be rewritten if I stand a chance of getting it published.

Or I can write the story of the Authors. For those who don't know, the Authors are an alternate version of myself and the players in my first series of games who were flung into the game itself. There is less of a possibility for publishing, because they bring in copy written material to make sure the universe itself doesn't disappear from lack of belief.

So I ask everyone who read this journal; which story would you rather read?
