NO MORE MAKEUP WITH BARBARA COX! Sweeeeeet.
Aside from that, all is well. Today, I had my first voice lesson with my co-worker, and that went just dandy. Experimentation with range and vowels and all that stuff. Sounds like I'll be well prepped for ye auld auditions coming in January.
Speaking of auditions - This is for CHRYSTA - If I show you (somehow) what I'm planning on doing for a monologue, could you tell me if you think it's a good idea or not? It's quite a stretch for a monologue, but I think I could make it sound hilariously good.
OH also speaking of auditions - this is for LAURA - it's not a HUGE deal, but is there a way that we could get together and you could take some headshots of me so I can have an updated one? I'll pay!!
After voice lessons, Meg and I went with Ashley to Collin Creek to do some more Christmas Shopping. Ashley got stuff for her mom and for Ahsan (our manager - Secret Santa), and Meg got a gift for her older brother.
I did tips following this and encountered some drama at work!!! Danielle accidentally spilled a drink on a customer, and while the guy wasn't hurt or anything - he did expect us to pay for the dry cleaning for his suit. So I had to call Ahsan and he's going to take the guy's suit to the dry cleaners. Sheesh.
And now Meg and I are going to go see Christmas Lights! So until later, bye!!!
