I have a mixed feelings about this,there's definitely two sides to my answers.
(a)Black, because he looks like a hot ass when he wears it,and how he seems to have a dark pull inside him as a product of his childhood as expressed in 4.11 Lay Your Hands on Me.
(b)2.02 Enough is Enough, where we find out about Alex's past, in which he consoles and guides a young man named Scott, who has an abusive father. The depth and kindness he shows in this episode, gave us a glimpse past his wall of defenses.

Isobel "Izzie" Stevens. He's been in love with her since day one, or atleast very fascinated by her. She's the first woman for him to ever say "I love you" to, and mean it. She's his light, and I think he would be lost without her.
It's like a little boy, pulling the pigtails of the girl he likes,lol.
7. What would you want to say to this character?
I feel like you and I are the same person. So, I know all the crap you've had to go through and endure from everyone. Most, think you're not good enough for anything, or they from the start just write you off. But you are a fighter, a survivour... yes you are afraid to let anyone past your jack ass of an attitude but it's not entirely who you are. I've seen kindness and real compassion from you. You make mistakes, but who doesn't, and anyone who says they don't is a damn liar. I'm so proud of how you've let Izzie in, and actually let her care about you back. And I know she hurt you before, but you never really let yourself sever the tie to her entirely.You Alex Karev, are a Rockstar.
