Deep Breaths
I have to keep reminding myself to take deep breaths.
This morning I had scheduled my freak out about money post-concert. :) So I did. I went, and freaked out at facebook. Thanks to those of your who responded, cause damn, if I didn't have some panic going. The way UI works seems to be it gets to $0.... and then you can file for an extension. Waaaaaaah!!!!! Talk about a major freakout. And this is the last few days you can file for the federal extension I believe unless they extend it. Oy!! Talk about timing. Like I said, deep breaths.
So, I qualified for Tier 1, 20 weeks, after that it goes to tier 2, automagically, and then 3 and then 4. So I am still on Unemployment! Which while not good, is better than, well, filing bankruptcy and living gratis off my friends and family.
Today on this post-solstice day, the light gets longer, the dark becomes less and less, and I hope that the unemployment rate correspondingly becomes less and less.
Right! Back to the networking.
Oh! Here's what I want: Sales engineer position, or tech support, or something like that would be great. min $35,000/yr, I was hoping for more like $45,000+, but beggars can't be choosers. Good think I'm not begging yet. Oh wait, I was earlier today. When I thought I had no recourse.
