What a Man..

What a DAY! It started out really good and ended really good! I was alittle down and sad in the early morning but after 2nd hour things looked up to be much better...Goverment talks sure are great! haha But I just was all happy inside, I was care free, and I think I have smiled more today alone than I did in the month of June. It was just a fun day. But what really made my day even better was meeting a man at the doctors office. He was a 63 year old man from the U.P. who moved down here in '65. He was amazing, if you looked into this mans eyes, you could see a life full of achivements and hardship...But he had a smile on his face that srecthed from ear to ear. He started talking to my mother and I while waiting to see the doctor. He asked me how old I was and what I wanted to go into...and when I told him Photography, he looked at me and said, "good for you, follow your passion." I was in shock that this man would say such a thing..lol and of course he asked me if I had a "boyfriend" and I said no, he smiled and said. "darn I am married too." lol it was so much fun talking to him. I have to tell you I didn't want the guy to leave. I could have talked to him for hours and just listened to his words. When he was leaving though I said it was nice to meet you and to talk to you...He turned around said,"you'll go far in life kid, you got one heck of a smile thats needs to be shown off." It was so nice to have meet that man...I hope that I can be like him in the same way he was with me....A kind heart and caring soul.
