(no subject)
So a girl today made a comment on how much she is unfortunate enough to have been born in America. I swear I wanted to jump over and slap her in the face. Ya ok the government may suck, but you know what, America's a pretty cool fucking place. And all the people that died here, for our freedom. Goddamn I was so angry. UGH! I hate people like her. Miss know it alls. GRR! People.
So day. Schools back in session. I wrote a story in english (creative writing assignment) and Carly read it and thought it was really good. That made me all happy. I like Carly's opinion, sometimes. But don't tell her I said that, she would think I was getting all mushy and she hates that.
ALSO!! Sgt. Hall bout ripped my head off. I called him close minded and I swear he turned purple and his face got all scrunched up, but it was fucking true! I mean ok here's what happened. *prepare for long rant or skip to next paragraph* So he said how last night on the news a big 5 star, rich people, resteraunt turned away a customer because he had on a grill. Now I said it seems right to me, because I think grill and then thugs. So I picture a black guy in oversized clothes, big gold chains, crazy hair and a grill. Call me prejudiced or racist whatever, you probably all thought the same thing to. Or the guy could of been white and a wigger. Yes I stereotype. Well anyways so I said it makes sense they didn't let him in cause they don't want that kind of people in there, and I didn't mean black people, I just ment thugs, and EVERYONE in the classroom automatically took it in a racist way. So all the balack people jumped on the defense. And the owner had said it was against their dresscode. So the owner has a choice on who they let in for sake of business, your not gonna have a bum eat in the same room as donald trump, IMPOSSIBLE! He would never come back. SO! Sgt. Hall said whats it matter? If he's wearing baggy clothes that are torn they should still let him in if he's paying, and i said no WAY! If I went into a job interview like that you would turn me down, and he goes no, cause how you dress has nothing to do with how you are and how good of a character you are. I don't judge. BULLSHIT! Goddamn just two weeks ago he was telling us you have to present yourself. Well we argued and I called him closeminded and the bell rang and now the ghetto black people dislike me, I went up and apologized though, and told them I ment nothing racist, they kinda took it. But I really didn't. Its just a resteraunt should have the choice on what kind of service it wants. You know? So I'm gonna go look up the real story and read what it says.
End rant. OK So next rant, cause today was a full lets aggravate Allie today. But in a good way. i dunno how but it was all good. In band we played 101 rythmic rest patterns. And so it was in 6/8 time and there were 16th notes but we had to play them as 8th notes, cause of the time signature. Well I asked mr. C why they would double something to play it half it's value, and NO ONE understood me. And Carstens went on this rant (well really spew it was like 30 seconds of him talking which is a rant I guess for him) and he said something bout me having no creativity or somehting like that and I got so mad! I mean it was a valid question. But I think he just got mad cause we weren't playing and he thought I was joking around. But I wasn't. Well so Brian got me at least. So I didn't feel that bad anymore. But god I don't get why they write stuff in 4/4 time and then have it as cut time, just do 2/4 or something. It seems so pointless.
