Morning again, after a particularly difficult night. Sookie leaves Alan asleep on the beach - or maybe just pretending, she can’t tell, but it’s entirely possible - and makes her way back to the compound. She wants a shower. She supposes she better make sure nobody’s burned the kitchen down, while she’s at it.
After cleaning herself up, she starts a fresh pot of coffee and begins to fix herself something to eat. She isn’t going to cook for a crowd today, she just isn’t. One or two people, maybe, if they ask nice, but not for an army of children. Let them make their own jello wiggles. It isn’t hard.
