16w 4d
I had my 16 week appointment today, and got to hear the heart beat on the Doppler, and feel the baby kick! :) Something about that Doppler really pisses them off! It was fun. The heart rate was about 155ish and then I felt the baby move and the heart rate jumped up to 165ish. Dr. Guard said she always wants to put a Doppler on a newborn and see if it makes them angry because they remember being tormented in utero. :)
I had blood drawn for my quad screen and made my appoint for my 18 week (18w 4d) ultrasound. Fingers crossed we will know if it is a boy or a girl on March 3rd! :)
Feeling great, well maybe too great, I gained 4 pounds last month for a total of 7 lbs. (I am @ 155 up from 148) I better slow that back down. :) I felt so much better I was eating everything because it all sounded so good. Now, back to a more normal eating routine for me! :)
