tonight was horrible. i was doing fine all day
no breakfast
lunch - one lunchable(shameful i know)- 350 cals.
apple juicebox- 90cals. i need more water
supper- BACON (my fucking god, im an idiot)-a gazillion million calories.
apple juice-90cals.
anddd, not to mention i had an ice cap. which is another millionnnnn calories . :(
i so stupid. i need some inspiration.
this is sad.
i'm gone to bed or something to sleep away my pathetic life.
