I was just taking the dog out and this lightning felt like it was right beside me. It scared the crap out of my father and I. I like the rain, thunder and lightning but that was scary. We got back inside right before it started to rain again.
I have talked to Kristina on and off today. She has been slightly annoyed with her mother being home and everything. I can't say that I blame her. He dad doesn't want her on the computer and that is like the ultimate punishment for her, haha.
My parents are at Wal-mart or somewhere getting landscaping timbers or something. I like how the backyard looks. I was rudely awoken this morning by a pussy attacking my hand. He was in my bed for like 10 minutes bugging me. I have been torturing him ever since.
I don't think that I will be doing much for a week or two. I am waiting for Sand Hill Berries to call me. Last summer I didn’t start until the end of June. I can't wait to see that place again. This morning I had a dream that I was driving my father's explorer around. It is a standard shift so I was scared, haha. I should really start learning how to drive. (Don’t you hate it when the power goes out? I am glad that I got this document saved in time, it wouldn’t be a big lose though). My parents always want to teach me but I just don’t really care. I do want to learn how to drive so I can go places and drive to school. However, I know that my mother wanting me to drive is just because she wants me to take them to school and pick them up, then run here or there for her. I already told her that I wouldn’t be doing all of that. I know she will have something to say like “ I have been doing it for you since you were born.” Yeah, I hope so, she is my mother, and I am no one’s mother. I am kind of hesitant about driving is because of all the idiots on the road that shouldn’t have a license.
My beagle is down there whining. He is a beagle, yet he is gun shy. He doesn’t like loud noises, the fire works and storms. I guess I will go sit with him. I will be back later. -Lacey
