Thoughts? God I hurt today. I know it is going to be this way sometimes, but damn. Knees, feet, everything hurts. May not want to lace up shoes so tight, since I think that doesn’t help the feet all that much. Found out one circuit around my block is .4 miles. J

Thoughts? Feet still hurting a bit. But that is to be expected. Had no problems getting out today and saw A LOT of people walking their dogs. I am feeling really good about my progress thus far, and know it will not really get any easier as I go along for a while.

Thoughts: Ran at the track with Jenn. Is a beautiful day and it was very easy to get around this morning to do this. I do like the weekly thing we are doing at the park. The weather was amazing, we just have to remember to bring water for when we are done. This is the best I have felt after doing this. Tired, but feel great.
