So here I am...still in Kilgore. Not bad, not good...just here. I have a show tonight, and I pray to whoever wants to listen that Cyrano knows his lines tonight. Makes me want to bang my head against the wall, but he's trying...I think. Anyone still interested in coming? I would recommend seeing Midsummer, that one is fun and Puck is rather amazing. Miracle Worker is Miracle Worker, though I think the fight scene that SFA did is better than this one. Cyrano, well, I wonder if the main people have ever been in love...and that is kinda important in this play. Macbeth...well it's interesting...I need to see it again. Awesome costumes, lights and set. Lady M is talented too, amazing command of the language. That, and she's got some damn sexy costumes. Heh.
It's 3:30 in the afternoon and I am still in my pj's. It rocks.
I'll be turning 25 in a couple of weeks. Whatever.
You ever get the feeling lately that life is one big whatever? I feel like everything that's going on is just...happening. One event happens, and you move on to the next. No feelings, no real complications, even if you think there should be something going on. Weird. Been reading a lot of lj's and about the only thought that I have regarding them is "yup, I get you." I feel like I should be commenting, but at the same time, I feel like I'd be saying the same thing over and over again.
Been thinking a lot lately about a certain friend from my past. I miss him. Those people that you can tell everything to, and they get it, ya know? And they know this point that you are at in your life, and it's ok. I dunno...wish I could be in West Virginia soon. I hate that understanding is an obstacle sometimes.
Been doing...something with a friend from here. Not really a relationship, but I am not sure what to term it. I don't know. It's kind of confusing and I don't know what will happen when the summer ends.
On a different note, got my contract from ATC...start date is August 9th, end date being June 11th. Excited about the long employment, kinda nervous about the prospect of finding a job next summer...June 11th is rather long into the summer season.
So once again, these are my ramblings...I'll leave you on a truly astounding note. I bought bras and underwear yesterday. FROM WAL-MART. One bra was 9 bucks. I almost passed out from sheer joy. And they're pretty too...it was nice not to have to spend over 30 bucks on one bra...
