Well it's been awhile since I've updated on my progress for my health. For those in the know I've lost a total of 54lbs. I've got my eyes set on a certain look though, healthy.. nothing too drastic. Part of my new life is daily workouts and spending time finding ways to set and acomplish goals. My newest goal is to run in a 5k with my friends who are all active and already do this. So I'm training. But living in New Hampshire in the winter gives me little option aside from the gym for the next few months.
