Comcast. Where to Complain?

At my parent's house we have only had service since early November and there was only a 3 week period where it remained constant. I have no idea how many calls have been made or how many people have been out here because there were too many to count. It's been impossible to get anyone to contact us with resolution as well.

As of now our phone & internet service is intermittent. Basically it goes out around 7pm and back on around 10am daily. This is a problem. I just complained to the BBB, but do you have any suggestions on where else to complain so we could get some resolution?

Unfortunately, DSL is not available in our area yet. =( Otherwise we would have switched a long time ago.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
