The thing that really gets me about FNL is how realistic it is. I've been out of highschool for quite some time but I remember how damn mean people can be. Guess what folks? It doesn't change as you get older. Sadly, people will continue to be crucified for making a single mistake.
Do I think Lyla was wrong for sleeping with Tim? I do.
Do I think its everybodys business? Hell no.
Whats happening to her right now isn't fair because the people judging her, never once walked a mile in her shoes. Thats why I say 'you go girl' just because she said to hell with them and showed up in the end.
Just as I was so proud of Tim for trying to do the right thing.
Now not for one minute do I agree with what they did. Which is again why I love this show, the reaction of those around them, sticking their noses where they do no belong, is typical and realistic.
