[ It seems that Chane's fake husband, Heavy, is gone. He'd been droned before, but it wasn't wearing off this time. Similar to what had happened to Naoki, one of the original children that had lived in the house. There weren't any doubts in her mind that he'd either been sent back - or at least his consciousness had - or that he had been completely

[ aren't you creepy kind, Claire ]
[ How would he know where I was...? Maybe it was just luck on his part. He seemed to have fortune on his side all the time, after all... Understandably, though, she's pretty surprised to see him, and she stares at him with wide eyes. Then at the flowers. QUESTION MARK.
Is he...? ]

[ Chane takes them hesitantly, looking vaguely conflicted. It was odd getting presents from him... no, it wasn't, he said he loved her; it was sensible. But still, she found herself erring on the side of doubt. The plain truth was that she just didn't know how to deal with this kind of situation at all.
I don't know what I want...
After a moment, she nods at Claire in thanks. They were very lovely flowers, at least. ]

Something wrong, Chane?
You seem like you've been sitting here a while...

Putting the flowers by her side carefully, she retrieves a small pad of paper and a pen, writing out a message for him:

That's two of us then, my son--well, the one I said kind of reminded me of you...he's been kinda quiet lately. Between you and me--I don't like it.

...If he is in the same situation, would it be so difficult to live there, instead? The idea was perfectly ridiculous, especially for her - moving in with a man that she hardly knew - or knew well? - she really didn't know. It was a desperate situation, she decided. He was a confusing man, to say the least, but at least he knew her boundaries, and though she was shy to admit it, as the only person she knew that linked her back to her real life, she appreciated his presence more than she usually would.
Thinking about it doesn't mean she quite wants to actually ask, though. Instead, she just... keeps staring at the ground, sighing inaudibly. How could this happen...? ]

You seem anxious?
[He swept an arm around her as if it was the most natural thing in the world--it was to him after all.]
It's because we haven't gotten to sit and talk in a while isn't it?
I've been neglecting you, my poor Chane...I'm so sorry.

- what's he talking about? She shakes her head, looking vaguely incredulous. Do not flatter yourself... ]

But in all seriousness, it's nice to see you again Chane.

[ after thinking a moment, she nods in agreement.
...I am glad to see you, as well.
She was seperated from everyone else. ]
