Scars: Surprisingly few that would ever stand out. Little tiny nicks here and there, nothing of substance.
Piercings: None. He thinks he'd like some in his human form, though.
Tattoos: Technically, no. However, his Autobot symbol and the Stingray Logo from his robot form tend to slap themselves onto his human form - shoulder blade and lower back, respectively.
Other bodily markings: ... He's a giant alien robot with wheels for feet and silver armor. Car parts?
Build: Slim and lanky. He's all limbs, in either form, with most of that being leg. As a human, he has a runner's body, with a lot of muscle in his arms as well.
Occupation: Soldier, occasional combat instructor when he's in trouble
Drinking? Often.
Smoking? Nope.
Other daily habits: Depending on what he did the night before, he might sleep late. If not, he's up fairly early. Either way, he takes himself for a drive, or for a run, just to get moving. After that, he puts himself through combat drills, and then it's off to bother whoever needs bothering. Nights usually see him with a cube or three in hand.
Hair: He doesn't usually have hair, but when he does, it's loose, slightly wavy. He has the kind of hair that just falls into place seemingly due to the powers of style.
Clothes: He dislikes wearing them, actually. When he has to, he tends to wear the minimum amount, or just grab whatever he can, regardless of whose it is, or if it's "male" or "female". Which leaves him wandering around in just pants most of the time. But, when the situation calls for it, he will go for the most stylish clothing possible. Always in light grays. He will never, ever, wear shoes.

Other notable physical details: ... Giant alien robot? When he's human, he has a lot of trouble walking without looking like he's trying to skate along the ground.

THE DIRTY(ISH) SECTION
Cup size/Penis size: Normally he does not have anything to speak of since what the hell does a robot need it for but. When he's human... slightly above average. He has no idea. Never tell him this.
Size preference: He doesn't have one. He really doesn't have one. If he's attracted to it, he'll hit on it. There really isn't a consistent pattern.
Orientation: Robosexual, with a preference for those identifying as male.
Best sexual experience: To hear him talk about it, that time a gun turret was involved. He was sore for days after, and the turret needed repairs.
Worst sexual experience: The last time he ever got laid on the colony. Because he wonders if it contributed to what happened there.
