Apple pie request

Does anybody have a good recipe for apple pie? I fancy trying to bake something.

Is there a way to keep the temperature of the apple filling inside the pie manageable? I don't want my apple pie to end up like one of those that you get in McDonald's. Those things are lethal!

If you just follow thr instructions, it shouldn't be that hard. ^^ I like to cook sometimes too!

I've never tried to cook anything before, so I don't know whether I'll be any good at it.
