There are clay monsters around, and they resemble people we know. I have fought some.

They are just angry, and want to hurt everyone. They need to be stopped with force.

I do not think they are real people.

I trust you; your senses would tell you if they were or not. People are just giving you grief because they don't know any better, okay? You just keeping making sure those things aren't hurting you or anyone else.

Peter is mad at me for killing the Weapon X one.

Peter's probably one of those people that it just isn't a good idea to flaunt your battles in front of. A lot of people are like that, actually, because a lot of normal folks don't really understand or tolerate why people kill. They don't accept it in everyday society because people like that haven't been exposed or trained to do missions.

For most people, as well as the justice system, killing is wrong and illegal. Do you understand what I mean by that?

Yes. They have orders to not kill.

But these are not real people. Their lives should not matter.

I agree with you, you know. They need to be rid of so that they can't hurt anyone. Do you think you're capable of disposing of them silently? Not letting the other incomers see you or know about it?

[Warren knows she's more than capable, so the answer is predictable.]

I do understand, yeah. We're a little more similar than you probably think.

[He pauses]

I don't want you to think I'm giving you orders or a mission here, though. This is just a suggestion so that you won't have to worry about people being all up in your grill about it. Sometimes you just have to do things that other people can't or aren't willing to do, and do them quietly and very subtly.
