It's time to kick some shell!
Okay, here's the deal. My boss,.. SHE'S SCREWING ME and I wouldn't doubt it if she was screwing everyone else there. I Hate this shit cos I'm the type of person that usually just goes with the flow and well she fucked up the flow and it sucks balls. Yeah .. BALLS! I said it.
breakdown:
she scheduled me to work 45 hours this week. she asked me if I wanted to carry over the extra 5 to next week since she is going on vacation and I won't get many hours. It's not my fault she wants to go on vacation. why should my hours suffer!? BULLSHIT. Furthermore.. she I have asked her about overtime before and she said that she, "can't afford to" and that "no one get's over time pay." That was when I worked over too. This time when I said something about it she immediatly changed the schedule so now I have 40 this week and 32 next week. CRAPPY MONKEY ASS. She said,"well I'll take care of that right now!" What a hooker. I told her that I did research on the internet and it is illegal to NOT pay someone time and a half and that she can't "ROLL OVER" our hours. She said,"I don't have to pay overtime." and that "it is not illegal!" What crap!!!
She also started talking about how lucky we all are to work at a place that is so relaxed. WTF.. so we're paying for our freedom?? It's really the principle of the whole thing, ya know?? I don't really care *THAT* much if I get paid more for those five hours. I deserve better and I expect better from her. She is full of shit. She always tells me how great I am and how much of a good worker I am. YEAH because I let her FUCK me in the ass with her lies.
I'm not letting this roll off my back. I am going to take her ass down! She is always saying that she can't trust people and that people screw her over!! Fuck That.. I think she feels guilty.
