Kirk/Bones, So contrary to what everyone thinks, Kirk is not a screamer. Sure, he’ll moan or gasp, but he won’t raise his voice and he won’t speak. This drives Bones crazy. Cue Bones trying to get Kirk to speak or scream in bed. How is up to you but I want it to stay light, no hardcore bdsm. Maybe orgasm deprivation or Bones tries to discover some unknown kink of Jim’s, or maybe saying “I love you” to Jim does it.

Eventually Spock found a way to enter the probe and shut down its computer core; however, the damage caused by whale-beasts' rampage, as well as the probe's transmissions, left much of Earth's industrial capacity in ruins, a forewarning of the imminent collapse of the Terran Empire.

The Red Matter explosion causes alternate universe spillover. Make it work.
