She's baaaaaack o/~

Wow, lots of stuff happened this past week. :DDD Karin's back from Brazil and she brought a cabana boy with her! ... kinda! Sean won a little rough-em-up tournament Karin had run down there, so she offered him a one-year scholarship, if I remember the story right. It's pretty wicked, he's learning Ansatsuken on his own too. He's following Ken Masters, so he's not quite as high on the cool-o-meter as me, but at least he's not training after that other guy. :D He's a pretty good fighter too! Sean started picking a fight with me, so of course he GOT one XD; But Karin was getting bored, so I took 'em both on at the same time! Lost like whoas, of course. XD;; And I just rematched Karin last night too. Man, she wasn't kidding -- she's been keeping up with her training! So yeah, Sean's next on the agenda! Face it straight! \C_C/

I've got two students now, Shinobu and Naerose. Still trying to cook up some kind of "lesson plan," because there's a lot of material to go through! It's tricky, cuz like... I never really learned theory and such until I already knew what I was doing. I guess most of my training was centered on making my reflexes behave in ways that don't suck. It's kinda hard to "unlearn" stuff like that, especially if the bad habits you're trying to "unlearn" still work a lot of the time. It's hard to let go!

I managed to flag down THE TERRY BOGARD (!!squee!!) when he was over at Taiyo one day, and he agreed to fight me and Shinobu at once! I =thought= theory would help Shinobu a lot, but it seems she did the best just doing what she does best -- kicking butt! It was a fun match, really! :DD

I'd post more about my new students, but isn't that kinda like, against the rules or something? ^^; Man. It's fun, though, teaching, if a bit aggravating. It's tough to put words on what just comes natural-like.

Anyway, lunchtime's over! Seeya round!
