Let's see...according to Memory Alpha/Beta, Sergeant is a rank used in the Starfleet Marine Corps, not the Federation Starfleet (in space) which is based on a naval ranking system. I think the equivalent would be Chief Petty Officer, Senior Chief Petty Officer, and Master Chief Petty Officer. Would you like to be MCPO? :)
