Hi, my name's Lt. weepingnaiad and I hereby pledge allegiance to the Jones team.
I believe they are the OTP because… they came first. They were there for each other when no one else in the whole universe gave a shit about them. They are the perfect all round characters, adaptable and fit in anywhere. You don't have to change them to fit them into any AU and they are the hottest couple together (see picture).
My favorite moment is: From the film? I don't have just one. Love the way Jim looks at Bones on the shuttle when they first meet. Love all their touches and closeness through everything, how it was obvious that they were so very, very close. Of course, the whole running through the Enterprise with Bones trying to hypo Jim's allergic butt was pretty good, too.
I can contribute: fic and cheer-leading and anything else that's needed, except art.
My favourite fics/art are: Too, too many to count and I don't want to start because I have a boat load of wonderful ones that I have yet to read. I will say that I am amazed on a daily basis by the incredibly talented writers in this fandom. I won't put up my keyboard, but it is definitely a humbling experience.
This would make a great theme song: I think this is perfect for them, from Bones' perspective: Broken I think this is perfect, too, from Jim's perspective: Wake Me Up Inside But, seriously? So many epic songs speak to me of these two and that's another one of their appeals.
I think Jim and Bones should wear/have matching… Honestly? I'm a sap. I'd love to see them with matching wedding rings.
And can I just say that eldritchhorrors' 'Team Jones' Banner is mesmerizing. So, lovely!

We are cool as fuck, people, Star Trek is our first love and one thing we all love is how all-embracing and tolerant that universe is. Plus it’s full of GQMFs, ok. *g* While Jones is my OTP, I do dabble in other ships. I mean why hate on people when there is already so much nasty in the world out there.
