Title: Completion
Rating: NC-17
Pairing: Kirk/Spock/McCoy
Warnings: slight bondage, dubcon, mentions of character death. Language, Spock-centric
Summary: For
leri , who won my help Chile auction. This is the first of two fics she won from me.
While injured and unconscious, Spock forms a Vulcan bond with both Kirk and Spock. The bond is incomplete, but not wanting to burden his crewmates, Spock chooses to let himself grow weak, and runs away sensing he will die without completing the bond (which requires physical consummation). Kirk and McCoy go after him.
Notes: Took a little longer than planned, so thanks for your patience, it was really a fic and a half for me.
-----------------
He did not have to leave, but he simply did not wish to stay. He would not allow his crewmates to witness the indignity of their senior officer’s death caused by his own carelessness. The irony lied in, if he was not guilty of this carelessness, he would have died anyway. He thought, perhaps, his destiny was to die now.
The nearly fatal wound from an arrow puncturing his chest left him coughing and nearly vomiting up green bile for what seemed like a long period of time. The ordeal all seemed like a haze of indefinite time, culminating in a coma that left him out for days even after the good doctor had repaired his lung. After he had awoke, he could sense what he had done. Unconscious, the Vulcan subconscious mind will do whatever it can to survive. He had unintentionally bonded with not only the Doctor, but the Captain as well.
He could not tell them, logically. How does one tell their crewmembers, one of them a senior officer, that they are the Vulcan equivalent of married? Though Spock’s relationship with Captain Kirk was slowly flowering, his relationship with Dr. McCoy was as biting as ever. But now, to tell them that the both of them were bonded to the First officer without consent? It was both illogical and unsafe.
He had not intended to steal a shuttlecraft. When he had first started feeling the effects of the incomplete bonds, it came in his body’s ability to adapt. The ship seemed to be colder every day, and the shivers began to feel like convulsions. When Kirk had demanded he go see doctor McCoy, the analysis had been made that his body was slowly dying, in a similar way to when he had been suffering from the fires of pon farr. The hushed conversation with the doctor was nothing short of awkward. Leonard’s attempts to get through to the vulcan while refraining from offending his comrade were countered by Spock deftly avoiding revealing the nature of his affliction just caused them both to grow impatient.
Spock’s first attempt was to get three week’s shore leave. After bringing his request to the captain, he was denied, because in ten days they already had a scheduled shore leave. His next request was sent straight to Admiral Pike, he asked to be reassigned to another ship in the fleet or to Starfleet academy. The logic behind this was that if he was not around his bond mates, he would not feel the symptoms of the incomplete bond. After Pike contacted Kirk, and Kirk refused, Spock dismissed the theory as illogical. His final attempt was to resign his commission. In order to resign said commission, he had to get a Chief Medical Officer or senior officer’s approval. Neither were granted.
He was cornered. Both McCoy and Kirk were waiting in the Captain’s quarters when Spock arrived for chess. The board had not been taken out or set up; the two were arguing in hushed tones; both pairs of eyes settled on Spock after his entry. “Please, sit.” Kirk offered, motioning to the chair across his desk. Kirk smiled, the doctor remained solemn, and Spock felt like a caged beast. “Do you want to tell us what’s going on, Mr. Spock?” Kirk offered, sitting on the edge of his desk casually while the doctor took the chair on the other side of the desk. Their emotions flooded Spock’s mind: fury from the doctor, heartbreak from the captain. Spock remained silent, looking from one to the other.
“Spock, can I ask you something?” The doctor sat up and leaned forward, his forearms supporting him on the desk.
“You do not have to request, doctor.” Spock admitted, his voice quieter than he ever remembers it being.
“Did you really think that we would let you die? Are you really so proud that you would rather die than tell us about this?”
“Doctor, I do not know--”
“Don’t give me that you hobgoblin! Did you really think that I wasn’t going to research until I found a cure for whatever the hell you’re suffering from?!”
“Bones! This isn’t an inquisition.” Kirk reprimanded, the doctor was standing, furious and scowling. Kirk turned to Spock and smiled, “Spock, you’re our friend; we just don’t understand why you would rather die than tell us that we’re married to you.
“Married would be a close, but inaccurate description, Captain.”
“Jim. Spock, did you really think it was that horrible?” Spock remained silent for a moment. Even if they did accept the bond, it would be one of convenience and not love. It was just that, a Vulcan bond. His mother never wanted that for him. He remembered her telling him, when he was young, about how she had discouraged father from finding a mate for Spock, insisting that he could do it on his own. She had been right; he could find love on his own, but to receive it in return? That was… impossible. Who could love a Vulcan, Who would show little affection and would se few endearments? Who could love a Halfling, who had no home, who was impure, who was--
“Spock, don’t ignore us, we want to help, you pointy-eared--”
“Bones, please? Sit down.” Spock looked between the two several times more.
“I did not want to burden you.” He confessed finally.
“You would rather die than cause us a burden?” Kirk asked, taken aback.
“Yes, Captain. I thought it logical.”
“Well, you thought wrong!” noted McCoy.
“Let us help, Spock.” Kirk entreated the half-vulcan.
“I did not intentionally form the bond.” Spock explained feebly, “My subconscious mind created the bind so that my katra might be preserved should I die from my injuries. Granted, I am not sure why the bond was created with both of you but please do not think that I--”
“Spock, we don’t care! Let us help you,” the doctor snapped
“That I would force you into such a relationship with me. Had I wished for a relationship I would not have even mentioned it to you because of Starfleet regulation. Though I find you both to be--”
“Spock, you’re babbling.” Kirk chuckled, resting his hand on his first’s shoulder. Spock was silenced and looked up at his captain guiltily, “Your older self said that in order to keep you from dying we need to finish the bond.” Spock looked away, still silent.
“He wouldn’t tell us what we had to do, said you would tell us.” McCoy seemed calmer now, watching the other science officer.
“I do not wish to complete the bond.” Spock stood and moved toward the door, “Good evening, Doctor, Captain.” he nodded and filed out the door. Behind him, he could hear shuffling and raised voices, but was surprised to find that neither of the other men followed him.
His status as first officer made it easy to maneuver into the shuttle bay and get off the ship without alerting security. Spock would no doubt be planetside before anyone was alerted of his absence when Alpha shift started. The planet they had been orbiting was covered in lush rainforest that thrived under the close proximity to its sun. The heat, however, made it very difficult for humans to survive. The heat would dehydrate a well-equipped crew in a matter of hours if they did not have sufficient protection on their base camp. In addition, the water on the planet contained substances that were toxic and could not be removed. Spock, after equipping the shuttle with plenty of hydration, would be able to survive for significantly longer, due to his adaptable Vulcan immune system and the desert heat of his home planet.
Once on the planet, Spock exited the shuttle and looked up. He couldn’t see the sky or the Enterprise though the forest canopy and that meant that they couldn’t see him. Nightfall on the planet came and nobody had arrived. Perhaps Spock had been fooling himself in assuming that they would pursue him. As he returned to the shuttle in darkness, he began to feel the pain in his chest. His Vulcan healing trance had made him feel better, but now that he was growing weaker, the pain had returned. Even though they hadn’t pursued him, did he really want them to?
When he woke up the sun had risen, and Spock couldn’t determine how long it had been since. Even so, he had been sleeping longer than he used to, likely his body’s attempt to gain more strength. After eating, Spock set out with a tricorder and a sample kit to investigate.
Mid-morning, he thought he could sense their presence. Perhaps it was the lack of completion of the bond, but he felt his internal desire stir in a way that only a bondmate could cause. Spock stood and remained silent as he looked around, seeing neither Jim nor McCoy. He didn’t hear them either. It was suspicious, but he crouched back down to where he had been observing some insects. A while later, he heard some branches rustling and his head snapped up, seeing nothing out of the ordinary. He concluded it must have been some local wildlife.
The third time he’s sure he hears them. The captain’s voice, even masked by a poor attempt at an Australian accent, was unmistakable. He can’t make out what the blonde says, but he can hear the doctor saying something about Spock not being a wild animal and they are most definitely not on a documentary. Spock stands, and turns toward the sound. The two are arguing, but moving closer. They’ve not yet visually appeared but could any moment.
Spock ran.
He heard the doctor shout profanity when they noticed he had fled, and then heard them run after him. All three of them were physically fit, though Spock was not surprised when he could no longer hear them pursuing him. Once he slowed his run, panting, he noticed the large scratch across his chest that had torn his shirt and skin, causing green blood to run down his chest. It wasn’t a large enough cut that it would not heal on its own, so Spock wiped away the blood with his sleeve and turned back.
It was not logical to turn back, however his human aggressors would likely not have the energy in the heat to do anything to Spock, at least not at the time being. He could hear them long before they would hear him, and so he could alter his course to avoid them. He noticed his chest bled more than he had expected and was still bleeding. His body had likely had compromised its healing abilities in order to compensate for his weakened state.
The sun would nearing its highest point, if Spock’s calculations were correct, so it was logical to return to the shuttle for a while until the day began to cool, and he ventured to do as such. Well, he did until something heavy fell on him, causing him to collapse onto damp ground and dense foliage. He struggled to stand again but found it difficult, causing him to realize that a net, weighted on the corners had assaulted him. He looked around and saw that the doctor and captain had approached and were lifting the net off him.
Kirk and McCoy took Spock back to the Shuttle, holding each of his arms. Spock would have attempted to make an escape but the two of them could easily overpower him in this state. They sat him down in a chair and watched him for a moment,
“What’re you thinking, Spock?” Kirk sighed; Spock could feel disappointment practically radiating from Kirk as he downed a bottle of water.
“Captain, I can assure you that I only made the most logical decision regarding my own health and the safety of the crew, specifically yourself and Dr. McCoy.”
“Take off your shirt, Spock.” McCoy said, approaching with a first aid kit. Spock remained still,
“Doctor it is a waste of medical supplies to repair my chest as I am already weakened and will--”
“Spock, I am your doctor and I’m trying to do my Job. Now, if you don’t like that you damned green-blooded--”
“Spock, do what he says, we want to help you.” Kirk offered, putting his hand on Spock’s shoulder, offering a gentle smile. Spock considered for a moment and did as he was told. He would satisfy their desire, there was no use in arguing with them, he would rather they not remember him fighting with them up to his last moments. He slowly took off his shirt and dropped it on the floor, letting the Doctor approach him with a towel to wipe away the excess sweat and blood.
He was watching the doctor so intently that he didn’t notice that Kirk was behind him until he felt the cool metal along his wrist. He flinched and struggled, but found his arms cuffed behind the chair firmly.
“Captain, I do not understand why you choose to restrain me.”
“We’re not going to let you die, Spock.” Dr McCoy said, not meeting his eyes but instead focusing on wiping antiseptic across the wound carefully.
“I do not under--”
“Don’t play dumb Spock.” Spock had a new appreciation for the Doctors manner-of-fact speech. It was highly effective,
“We talked to the older Spock. He told us what’s going on.” Kirk explained from behind Spock, still. The doctor moved away and returned with a dermal regenerator. He moved close, except this time he didn’t stop at Spock’s knees. He straddled the Vulcan’s legs and seated himself on Spock’s lap with their hips as close together as he could get them. Spock jerked back, trying to get away from the doctor, but there was only so far he could go in a chair. He watched as the doctor remained in place to wave the dermal regenerator on his chest.
“I don’t bite, Spock,” he mentioned, squirming slightly. Spock could smell the doctor, sweaty from exertion; he radiated the smell of something that could only be described as completely masculine. It was alluring, and Spock felt a low growl unintentionally escape him from deep in his throat. The doctor smirked at the noise, “Unless you want me to.” He laughed slightly. “Jim, why don’t you try rubbing Spock’s lower back, see if that helps him be a little more reciprocating.” He offered, pocketing the regenerator once pleased with the result.
“Please, captain, I do not want you--” he moaned, arching toward the doctor. The doctor gave Kirk an approving glance. Spock felt the captain kneading he chenesi gently, leaving his eyes half-lidded in arousal and need. He hadn’t been aware of the doctor’s hips gently rocking against his own until the doctor moved away, causing Spock to stand in an attempt to keep the body close.
There he stood, handcuffed and shirtless, his arousal clearly straining against his regulation pants, staring down his crewmates lustfully. He made to reach for one of them, either of them; it didn’t matter, but was infuriated by the restraint. He glanced at his hands behind his back, pulling at the metal chain connecting his wrists experimentally. He crouched and managed to step through his linked arms so that his hands were now in front of him. He looked up at the other two, assessing Leonard’s bemused expression and Jim’s expression, similar to his own. He held Kirk’s gaze, causing the doctor to look at the captain too,
“I knew it.”
“Knew what, Bones?” Kirk didn’t look away, changing his expression to a cocky, seductive one.
“You’re totally in love with him!”
“Oh.” Kirk said nothing more but stepped close to Spock, reaching for the waistband of his pants. As pale fingers brushed his lower stomach, Spock could feel that the doctor was correct. Kirk was elated and passionate, full of want and care. Spock backed away. He couldn’t do this to the captain and doctor. He couldn’t take advantage of Kirk just because he was careless. He couldn’t force the doctor to form a relationship with him. It was not right. It was against regulation. After all, Kirk’s feelings could merely be a result of his responsibility as Captain.
He didn’t see the doctor move, but suddenly Leonard was behind him, keeping him from moving any further away as Kirk approached again. He tried to back away but McCoy held him firmly in place as Kirk leaned in to kiss him. Spock’s hands were pinned between their hips, forcing him to grope his captain, who moaned in response to the touch. The sound made Spock gasp and push himself further against the doctor.
“I won’t hurt you, Spock.” Kirk looked shocked that Spock was still resisting.
“That is not a concern of mine, Captain.” Spock spoke, pinned between the two men.
“Spock, you need to let us help.” McCoy whispered in his ear, his voice rougher now. Spock watched as the captain dropped to his knees and undid the closures on his pants.
“Captain you should not have to--”
“I want to Spock.” Spock had noting to offer there. How could he not allow his captain happiness? When his pants and boxer briefs were lowered, he felt very vulnerable as the doctor kept a firm hold on his shoulders. While Spock focused on Kirk’s mouth latching onto his cock, the doctor moved one hand down to rub at the spot where Kirk had been rubbing previously, now swollen with Spock’s arousal. At the double assault, Spock let the doctor support some of his weight as he moaned and tilted his head back on McCoy’s shoulder.
Spock came to the single conclusion that Kirk was skilled. Maybe Spock was biased by the bond between them, but the blonde nearly had him at climax in mere minutes. Spock’s legs threatened to give out even though the doctor was now supporting nearly all his weight. Leonard noticed and called his friend off,
“That’s enough Jim.” He said plainly, ceasing his ministrations. Spock was surprised at the whine that escaped him when Jim pulled away as well. He made a grab to force Kirk back to work, but the doctor stopped him by grabbing his forearm and pulling it back. Spock growled in frustration, a purely animal sound, and forced himself out of the doctor’s grip, lunging at Kirk. He dropped to his knees and pushed Kirk to lay, straddling the blonde easily.
He had lost most of his control, and felt almost crazed as he tore at Kirk’s gold shirt, ripping it down the front, and then went for the black undershirt. Kirk stopped him, “I got this one, ok? You don’t need to ruin my shirts.” He looked slightly frightened, but exhilarated. When Spock was awarded with Kirk’s bare, pale chest, he ran his hands over it roughly, scratching it with his nails but not even noticing. Watching Kirk arch and writhe under Spock was incredibly stimulating, but he wanted more. Spock ignored the doctor moving around the shuttle while he moved off of Kirk enough to begin removing the youngest of the three’s pants. Once Kirk laid naked and aroused on the floor, Spock was straddling him again, their erections brushing as Spock assaulted his captain with passionate kissing. With Kirk begging for any contact he could get, Spock quickly decided that he was no longer satisfied with simply touching his captain. He pulled back and placed himself between Kirk’s legs, asking for permission with a simple glance. Kirk nodded and Spock was taken off guard when the doctor handed him lube. “Don’t hurt him.” It was a stern warning that Spock only half listened to as he lifted one of Kirk’s legs onto his shoulder.
Kirk was panting, sweating in the heat of the planet, his eyes begging. Kirk was unaffected my one finger in him, so Spock gave another, watching as the captain become pliant to his touch. Spock’s eyes burned with concentration and desire and suddenly the doctor was behind him again, touching his shoulder in the gentlest way, asking silent permission to join in, Spock pulled his hands away and offered them to the doctor, ignoring Kirk momentarily. “Please…” he asked, breathless and begging to be released. McCoy reached over and turned the three dials to the right combination, releasing Spock’s hands. McCoy took one of Spock’s hands to his mouth and licked up one long finger, causing Spock to moan loudly. The Vulcan watched the doctor continue this treatment until he became aware of Kirk’s protesting want of attention.
Spock turned back to Kirk, pushed three fingers in his captain, and stretched him until he was rocking back on Spock’s fingers. Spock moaned at the sensation on his fingers, but removed them in favor of slowly pushing his erection inside the blonde. He was moving to slow for Kirk, as the captain arched his back and pushed himself toward Spock roughly, casing their skin to contact with a smacking noise. Kirk had effectively impaled himself with his first officer. He gave a cocky grin up at Spock who had grunted at the forceful movement.
Spock heard his own name whispered in his ear in McCoy’s southern drawl and a hand hovered near his own entrance and Spock offered a small nod, not sure if he wanted it but letting the doctor have his way, knowing it would be at least bearable. Spock leaned forward to kiss Kirk as McCoy pushed one lubricated finger in, causing Spock to gasp and rock his hips against Kirk. Taking it as encouragement, a second finger was given and finally a third. From his vantage over the two, the doctor watched as Spock would rock back on his fingers and thrust forward into Kirk. He couldn’t help but smirk as he watched the uptight first officer so unraveled and flushed green.
“McCoy…” Spock’s near-moan broke through Kirk’s noises of lust and desire, shaking the doctor from his growing infatuation with the Vulcan. “Would you please--” Spock moaned as Kirk pulled his hand into his mouth, giving it the same treatment he had given Spock’s manhood earlier. The doctor got the message though, slowly pulling his fingers out of Spock’s heat and replacing them with his cock. He wasted no time in building up a rhythm with the other two until they were dissolved into nothing more than sound and touch.
Kirk was only vaguely aware of watching Spock reach behind his head, connect his fingers with Bones’ face, and then place his other hand on Kirk’s face in a similar fashion. When the meld was initiated, Kirk began to think that maybe he had never felt anything before until now, and that everything before was miniscule in comparison. Suddenly he was watching himself being fucked by Spock, his back rubbing uncomfortably against the floor beneath the three.
Connecting all three of their minds was a difficult for Spock, as he had never done it before, and he felt bombarded with the feelings of both Kirk and McCoy, which seemed to amplify his own feelings and the external sensations of the three combined. Because of this, only moments after the bond was initiated, Spock had reached his climax, shuddering inside Kirk and tensing around the doctor. His hazed mind, after breaking the meld did not register the other two men orgasming simultaneously.
Once free of the other two, Spock let himself collapse on the floor, his mind hazy as he floated with Kirk and McCoy’s minds linked with his. Concern and fear whispered in his mind, mingling with satisfaction and relief, not knowing who was giving him what, but it didn’t matter. He vaguely registered being helped into his pants and torn shirt by McCoy. The fear and concern slowly faded to responsibility and affection, the former from the doctor, Spock would assume, and the latter from Kirk. Spock sat down next to the Doctor on the floor and felt his head being guided into the Doctor’s lap, Kirk’s hand absently stroking his hair gently as Spock let himself fall victim to sleep.

Hope that’s satisfactory, dear!
