Protest Prop. 8 (still Day 13)

On Facebook, I saw one of my friends is planning on attending a protest that's going to be happening up in Wichita on Saturday. It's protesting Prop. 8, and it looks like it'll be a big turnout. Right at City Hall. 12:30p.m

Yeah, if you find someone to go with, that'd be great. A big turnout would be nice for that worthy cause. An acquaintance I know from YouTube sent me a link to Keith Olbermann's speech, like you posted the other day. If it wasn't enough of a human rights violation not to allow same-sex couples to marry in the first place, it's certainly a violation to take that right away.

Yah, that was a spectacular gathering to stumble upon. Sometimes I wear my rainbow bracelet that we got there :) If you go to this protest, be sure to wear yours :)

It was a pretty nice turn out! I'll be making a post here in a little bit about it and post some pictures. It was a blast.

I definitely wore that bracelet! I pretty much wear it every day! It's a nice memory. :D

You should just go, even if alone. I think you'll regret it if you don't. That's cool that there will be a protest.
