Does anyone have any suggestions or warnings about places to get your hair cut in the area? Alternatively, does anyone know anyone who cuts hair on campus (and does a good job)?

I swear by a girl named Nicole at the Hair Cuttery in Waldorf. Normally I avoid large chains, but Nicole is fabulous: she's fast, flexible, will work with you until you're happy with the cut, and will remember you and your cut for the future.

stay away from the tiny barber shop next to "Books" in Lexington Park, if it's still there. They gave me a cut one year that made me resemble a mass murderer from 1940's Germany.
