First of all, a bit of background information: I am a Hindu.
The default meat in Taco Bell's Grilled Stuffed Burrito is chicken. That's what I get every time I go there. It's always, always been chicken. Tonight I went with my room mate and got one, covered it with tons of hot sauce, and because there was so much sauce on it I took several bites of it before I realized that they'd stuffed my burrito with beef.
I think I'm going to vomit.
I called the Taco Bell to ask them why they put beef on something on which the default is chicken, and the person who picked up the phone laughed at me scornfully when I told him why I was upset. He then told me he was going to get the manager, put the phone down, and stood next to the phone for several minutes. I could hear him talking to one of his coworkers about something completely unrelated. After about five minutes, I hung up.
Do not go to the Taco Bell in Lexington Park ever again.
I have no idea how to go about handling this. Just for now, do not patronize that store.
