Movie/TV + Vietnam War=Awesome Soundtrack
Can anyone think of a film or television show that showed the Vietnam War, even tangentially, that didn't have a kickass 70's soundtrack? Obviously if you don't like/appreciate 70's music then this is probably not an appropriate question, but really though. I swear the highest budgetary item in a movie that even takes place partly in Vietnam in the late 60s/early 70s must be music licensing.
This thought was brought about by my downloading of the 8 disc soundtrack to the tv show Tour of Duty. If you want a good collection of music from the era, get it :)
