FOUND! Looking for AU Spirk fic

I know I have this fic saved but I can't seem to find it. It takes places in a universe where first contact never happened and Vulcans think it is illogical to research alien life. Spock however is dedicated to finding alien life so he buys a house far out by a body of water and installs antenna and the like on his roof until Jim crash lands in his backyard. At one point, I believe they go swimming.

Any help finding this would be greatly appreciated!
