Joanna fic with glow worm poem

I'm searching for a fic I remember enjoying years ago that was Joanna McCoy centric (she might have ended up living on the Enterprise?) and one of the only things I remember about it is that she had this poem painted on her ceiling at home:

"Oh, I wish I were a glow worm, for a glow worm's never glum, 'cause how can you be grumpy when the sun shines out your bum?"

I've been driving myself crazy searching for it and can't remember anything else super identifying to use as keywords 🤦
